Franchise fee:

 The initial fee paid to a franchiser to become a franchisee is 50000 + GST.

 

Startup cost/initial investment:

 This includes the franchise fee, along with other startup expenses such as Office space, at least 3 employee, Internet, Mobiles for Tele caller, At least 1 pc/laptop.

Royalty fee:

We pay 70% of Company's income coming from your franchise. We conduct so many contest regarding business in which you can have so many offers like smart Phone, Laptop, Goa To Singapore Trip etc.

 

Franchise agreement: We provide written contract, included in the FDD, which outlines the responsibilities of both the franchiser and the franchisee.

 

Term of agreement:

1.     You can not take money from any client behalf of company name, because we do not charge from client.

2.     If we have more than 3 complaints of client for your franchise than you have to justify yourself with valid reason otherwise your Franchise Code will be canceled.

3.     Does not infringe copyright, trademark or any other legal rights of another person.

4.     Each Party shall maintain confidentiality of the terms of this Agreement and the information received by virtue of same. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement shall prevent either party from making any disclosure of Confidential Information required by law.

5.     Fee is not refundable.
